We had the privilege to take part in the renovation of this exquisite apartment in a highly sought-after location in the heart of Budapest, in charming Aulich street next to Liberty Square. The apartment can be found on the third floor of a beautiful Art Nouveau building and has a balcony that overlooks the street and has view to the square. This 170 m2 flat consists of a spacious living room with an open plan kitchen, a master bedroom, an other bedroom, a study, 2,5 bathrooms and plenty of built-in storage space. We carried out a complete refurbishment and the apartment has been decorated with high quality materials and equipped we the latest smart home technologies. The interior has been designed for the young family who owns the property, high-end and contemporary.

The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of the Saint Francis of Assisi church in Bakáts Square, which is the work of the famous architect Miklós Ybl. There is an amazing view to the church and the beautiful square from the balcony.

This studio apartment near Kodály Körönd was one of our first projects. We were entrusted by a young couple to design their first home. The main aspect was functionality, comfort, and a modern interior.

We are always very excited about every new renovation project, but this one was an exceptionally exciting one. It is always refreshing when the owner gives you a free hand in the design and your imagination can fly. The project had been carried out for a businessman who had very high expectations and a taste for elegance and quality. We were very lucky to be able to use the best materials and custom made furniture as well as unique lighting elements. We believe that the end result reflects a serious, high quality interior which complements the amazing view.

Our project on Honvéd Street was very similar to our other project on Nádor Street. We also remodelled the whole distribution of the apartment so we got spacious and practical spaces, maximizing the floor area of the apartment.

Another exciting project has come to its end in downtown Budapest! Mixing extravagant, loft and classical styles is very challenging but it is so rewarding when it all comes together! It was a very nice experience working on this special property, we just love the renovated fireplace and the metal and glass room divider. On 128 m2 we created two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a guest toilet, a reception area, kitchen and dining area, a storage room and a spacious living room.

We had an another project at Kodály Körönd in one of the fabulous buildings of Andrássy Avenue. The Tuscan style palace was built in 1884 by the famous József Kauser who was also involved in the construction of the Szent István Basilica and the Opera house.

The client wanted this apartment to be refurbished for his children, so we tried to make them a modern, practical apartment.

We implemented this project between September and December 2016 in the heart of the city. The customer dreamed of a truly modern, comfortable and unique home for his family.

This amazingly spacious apartment in Nádor street undergone a total refurbishment, we changed its layout completely making the most out of the available space. It was a very exciting project, allowing us to dream big. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and we created a huge living and dining area on the street facing part of the apartment. This way, we separated the very “social” area from the calmer sleeping areas. Everything is brand new in the apartment, our favourite part is the exquisite carpentry, all doors and windows had been done just like in the old days, double pane windows, tall double wing internal doors had been installed. The interior was designed to be neutral but with a cosy, home-like personality that proved to be appealing for everyone.

 Nádor street had been one of our favourite renovation spots, this is the third apartment we worked on in the same building for the same client. We used similar design and materials which kind of unifies the three apartments. It is very relaxing to coordinate a refurbishment when you already know your client’s expectations and style, that is why we really enjoyed this job. Quality, simplicity, functionality and comfort were the key factors when we were planning this project.

The renovation of this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment ended in late 2020, it is one of our most recent projects. The apartment is located on the second floor of a heritage building due to which the renovation held some challenges on the way. Apartments in heritage buildings have some limitations regarding alterations, this is why the windows could not be changed but had to be renovated for instance. Inside we used the highest quality oak wood floor and ceramic tiles just like in all our projects. With the furniture and decorations we tried to create a cosy environment.

This 96 m2 apartment apartment is located in the vicinity of Andrássy út, Oktogon and Nyugati Railway station and it went through a full renovation the past year, all the essential technical details had been improved: a brand new heating system, air conditioning had been installed, and the windows had been changed as well. The original layout consisted of 2 huge rooms one bathroom and a separated kitchen. After reorganising the space, the flat now consists of a living room with an open plan kitchen, two separated spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a separated toilet and a storage room and a wide hall with built in wardrobe. The rooms got an elegant oak parquet floor and we used and high quality Italian tiles in the bathrooms. The apartment had been designed for two young brothers who just got out of school and started their careers.
